The Farm is situated on the hills of Rocca d’Evandro and Galluccio, in Caserta country – Campania – southern Italy, an area of great agricultural vocation, characterized by the continuity of sweet hills dominated by the volcanic group of Roccamonfina.
Galluccio today is the heart of a zone that is among the most recent and promising regional denominations, the Galluccio DOC (1997).
The Farm produces red wine, white wine and rosy wine; all wines are DOC and IGT and only the grapes grown into the farm are used.

Extra virgin olive oil 
Company located in Rocca d’Evandro -Caserta – Campania – Italy
This oil is obtained from the pressing of olives produced into the Company situated on the hills of Rocca d’Evandro in Caserta country – Campania – southern Italy.
The harvest is made with the help of some machines and the production is made within 12 hours from it.
This oil is perfect as raw condiment but also for cooked dishes, thanks to his low level of acidity and his strong and sweet taste.

DOCG, DOC and IGT italian wines 
Company located in Grottolella – Avellino – Campania – Italy
The Company is situated in the heart of Irpinia, between the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic Seas, wgere a conjunction of very favourable environmental and climatic factors makes it special and prepares it for the cultivation fine wine: TAURASI DOCG, FIANO DI AVELLINO DOCG and GRECO DI TUFO DOCG.
The Company produces red wine and white wine and all wines are DOCG, DOC and IGT: the owner’s philosophy is that “good wine is made first of all by the vineyard” and this is why for generations, with knowledge and experience they have been working with the best grapes from particular zone.

Biscuits and typical baked products 
Company located in Prata di Principato Ultra – Avellino – Campania – Italy
In a modern kitchen, expert bakers with time –honoured experience mix fine products, stick to the good local tradition and utilise technologically advance system, together with traditional handicraft ones, such as wood burning brick ovens.
Although making of tradition a strong point, the Company is very attentive to innovation and synergies have been created with University and CNR- Academy of Nutritional Sciences of Avellino.
The Company produces: twice-backed bread (Viscuotto and white twice-backed bread), snacks (canapés and tarallucci biscuits), traditional biscuits ( hazelnut biscuits from Irpinia, hazelnut brittle from Avellino, Chocolate biscuits, Grandma Erminia’s biscuits, Country Stile- Shortbread, Almond Sweet, Lemon-Flavoured Biscuits from Amalfi).
